but i am not entirely sure if i want to go through with it. i love the look of stretche d ears now, they look sick, but i dont know if theyll be worth having in the long run. i have friends whove had stretched ears for a long ass time and still love them, and i also know people who have taken them out and downsized. does anyone have any experience with this? am i gonna want my ears unstretched in two years? dont give me any "dont go thru with it if youre not sure" answers because i have already explored my options and i am pretty stoked on getting these done. its just that i dont know how long im gonna want them in the future

If its something you not sure you going to want to have in the future dont stretch your ear to far stay under a 0, im up to 25mm and ive had my ears this way for years and never felt like I wanna take them out and not have them anymore

I had the same piercing as your having a 6 Gauge, and others on this forum will tell you the same as I am about to, you will find it addictive once you get started as the previous poster wrote 0 Gauge is usually the line they say not to go beyond as beyond this the chance of the hole returning to normal is more difficult however not impossible.
I have set my target size at 0 or 00 but I still need to persuade my partner !

You said you have done your research but a couple things to ensure happen when you get your piercing...
1.They use a large gauge needle,
2.The initial piece of jewellery is either Titanium or Medical Grade Surgical Steel,
3.Everything is sterilized in an Autoclave.
4.You have been given proper aftercare advice(However this can be got from this forum)

As I said you probably know all this but just be sure.

Regards
