Protruding Cartilage i suppose?

My lobes were really tiny when i started and i knew i would have to deal with pressing up against the cartilage but now i have a protuding corner of cartilage on my ear. Im pretty sure i cant do ne thing but i figure il get a second opinion. I also have a small gap in my left ear an sum thinnes from recovering blowout an tear. haha im just fulla problems today >.<
heres sum pics, the wood plug is my right ear with the cartilage an the one with the steel tunnel is my left

Left Lobe = 1 3/8in.
Right Lobe = 1, 3/8 in.

Sure it's not just a keloid??
Also i'm not gonna tell you how to fix thinning, I'm sure you know all that already 8-)

lol it dont hurt. an it usually isnt red. it just looks weird xD im not gunna stretch much more cuz im so close to the cartilage
