Discuss all things ear stretching

You're supposed to stop at every size when taping. You can't just tape every 3-4 days and not expect to run into any problems... especially since you're using electrical tape which is quite a bit thicker than plumber's tape. Skydiving may have been what actually caused your blowout but bad stretching set you up for it.

But people still don't listen to me when I tell them to be patient... I don't get it...
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

rawr lol i havent been stretching to fast. Ive been between 3/4 and 7/8 with that ear for like 4 months xD the blowout keeps me from catching it up with my other ear. I barely stretch at all ne more. Ive been around the same size for a long time. last time i legitly stretched was the stretch from 9/16 to 5/8. Rest was slack in my ear and a lil tape.
Left Lobe = 1 3/8in.
Right Lobe = 1, 3/8 in.

Thx for the advice everybody. Ima just keep trying to get rid of this blowout. I want healthy and good lookin lobes even if i have to be uneven for a while.

lol, don't feel bad about being uneven. For many years I had a cool custom piece in my left ear, it's hard to explain but it was 3 plugs (0G, 4G and 6G) that were connected externally with a barbell.
Basically I had 0G in one ear and 5/8" in the other for years and years. Finally I got over the custom piece and evened out :)

I strech the same way too, Only o already had blowout. Ya it sucks big time, it's like it's so damn noticeable huh, well I haven't found out a good way to minimize it yet but I think the tree oil and e oil will most definetly help. In fact that's just what I'm gana try. Good luck

Yes, Vitamin E oil massages will help, it's just not going to show results overnight.
