HELP ME PLEASE

my gauge is stuck in my ear, I was stretching from 8g to 6g and I had put the taper all the way through and inserted the plug. the plug has notches in it for the rubber parts to go into and the entrance to my piercing is caught on that. If I pull it out, I will for sure get a blowout... please help me
