0 to 00 jump

so i recently got to 00 by taping thats been the easiest for me no issues everything went in fine but i went to clean my gauges and one of my ears just started bleeding like crazy so im confused nothing hurt going in and there was no blood in the first place just weird any ideas or experiences you can share with me that would be great
