Actually, no, I haven't faced any pain in stretching. You SHOULDN'T have pain in stretching. If you do, ur doin it rong. Seriously, that no pain, no gain thing works for excercise and body building, but not stretching. Pain means something went wrong and you're just giving yourself scar tissue and making further stretching more difficult.
