I'm definitely interested in stretching.
All I have are 14g-8g tapers at the moment, which probably isn't the smartest way to stretch, right?
Should I start out smaller?

I figured I'd put those in to about a ten, then put my my 10g plugs in.

i would say that using tapers is a no go unless they are made of steel or glass. also, to something sky said about using oils. go to any health store (i.e gnc, vitamin shoppe, vitamin world) and buy some jojoba oil (pronounced hohoba). its pretty inexpensive, somewhere around 4-6 bucks. the reason i say jojoba oil is because it the only oil thats closest to the oil that your body emits. and if you are going to use oils, make sure to stick to one oil and one oil only.

good oils to use would be jojoba oil, tea tree oil, emu oil, and vitamin e oil.

Yes i would recommend stretching with stainless steel tapers, or glass tapers as well. This is must! I saw some girl at my work like a week ago with acrylic tapers in her ears, "im like what are you doing? those are going to get infected" get some steel tapers..
