I was just wondering, do they even accept modified peoples in the military or do they have like a mandatory surgery or just tell u to take a hike?

I know that if you enter the U.S military you need to document all of your tattoos and what they mean. If you have Japanese or Chinese characters you need to print out the definitions from a dictionary. Piercings need to be taken out (or hidden really well). My friend went in with 0G tunnels years ago, he had to let them shrink down. I don't know what they would do if you had a large earlobes that didn't shrink, I imagine they would see it as a liability though.

I had to sign a waiver when I worked security at a bar after I told them I didn't want to take my jewelry out. Had to legally state I would not attempt to sue the owners if I had anything ripped out while on the job.

Wow, the tattoo thing is crazy! I never knew that... I'm pretty sure you can't have tattoos on your hands, neck, or face (basically anywhere that'd be visible with a full uniform on) but it seems like I heard they're changing that.

I could imagine that the U.S. Military may be desperate to get anyone to enlisted at this point... oops, did I just type that?

Tell your friend to get his lobes large enough to actually put his lobe over the top of his ear haha. Surprisingly enough, I've seen a guy at several metal shows in Chicago that would do this before he jumped in the pit.
