Special tapers

I'm trying to find multiple types of specific tunnels and tapers cause I want a 00g with an 18g in the center so I can wear my original earrings (I have some really special ones that I don't wanna waste) but I've also always wanted to put bullets in my ears so does anyone know what size differnt caliber are and if so where I can find bullet tapers????
