The only advice I would really give to someone without a goal would be extreme patience. Periodic downsizing will help plump up your lobes, and if you have no real goal then dropping back a few sizes once or twice a year and restretching back up at the regular pace should be no big deal. This will help maintain fat lobes that let you go very large over the years. Daily oil massages are a must, but that's a good idea for anyone.
Also, you look like a fantasy mermaid, which I mean to be a compliment.
