I've had my ears stretched for a while now, and I keep looking back on how fast things went by with me stretching up sizes. You always think looking back that you are going to stop at that certain size, but when it comes down to it you realize that it didn't happen. I'm now currently at an inch, and it was a decent stretch. It took a bit for me to get them in at the time, I even used many techniques that have worked for me in the past, then finally I got them in. For me the worst stretch would be going to a 00. I've ripped my ears many times which has caused scar tissue to build up and make it even harder for me to stretch bigger (Which could have been prevented from not jumping sizes, and given time for my ears to heal). I've had two infections in my whole history of stretching and they are pretty easy to take care of if you know how to care for them properly and cleanly. I've come to see that cleanliness is a major part into keeping your ears healthy and for them to shrink back to normal. I always take my plugs out every night and clean them with soap and water, which I think everyone should do if they want to prevent infections and stuff like that.
