Re: So confused
The blood is most likely from wearing the tapers. Tapers are just for stretching, you should put a plug in right after getting the taper through. Get some glass or stainless steel plugs to wear until your next stretch

Re: How long do I wait before stretching?
I'm a bit confused, did you get them pierced to 10g? If that's the case, around 6 months is when they should be healed enough to stretch.
If you've been stretching and just went up to 10g, 6-8 weeks is the recomended time to wait.
Sorry if i'm not much help, just a bit confused

Re: How many of you...
1. How many of you have a stable job or have qualifications for a job (The economy sucks.)
I have 2 jobs. Both are ok with my ears being stretched, but I can only wear plain colored plugs (no tunnels) for one.
2. How many of you graduated highschool, or higher levels of education?

Re: Having a bit of pain
either you're a complete pansy and can't take any pain or you're idiot thinking you're not gonna feel the stretching at all. keep them in.
No need to be a dick. If you ask 90% of the people on here they'll tell you it shouldn't hurt.

Having a bit of pain
I streched from 14g to 12g a week ago with no pain or problems, but yesterday and today I woke up and my left lobe was hurting some. Nothing too bad, but it was a little uncomfortable. Could it just be irritated from sleeping on it or should I downsize or something?

I got a 12g taper and multiple plugs (stainless steel, glass, and acrylic) and none of the plugs fit. I have 14g's in right now, but they're really loose and i'm sure it isn't too soon, it's been 6 weeks and I can take them out now fir a few hiurs without my ears downsizing. The 12g taper went ...

Hi :)
Hey i'm Maddy. I've had my ears stretched to an 8g before, but had to let them go back down to 16 a few years ago because of school. Right now they're at 14g but going up to 12 tomorrow

12g plugs won't fit...
I just started stretching about 6 weeks ago (my ears were already about a 16g, 14's went in with no problem). Today I put in a 12g taper and it slipped right on through, no resistance at all, but none of my 12g plugs will fit. The taper came with no flare plugs and o rings and I also tried steel ...
