Re: Kaos Hider Plugs

I never had much luck with hider plugs, especially being a darker toned person. I don't know if you are male or female. As a man, I imagine that many jobs are hard to get with pierced, especially stretched lobes period. We still live in a pretty conservative society. As a female and a professional ...

Re: 2g -> 0g

you're doing the right thing by stretching slowly. Your ears will not tear or develop scar tissue, and it will be easier if you decide to continue to stretch. I would try adding a new layer weekly to give your lobes time to adapt to the stretches. If the plugs rotate easily and you don't feel any ...

Re: 2g to 0g help please??

Once your ears heal from the current bleeding. this may be the size where you want to start taping for the first time. you've already been smart and taking your time. continuing to go slow will pay off.

Re: 8 g to 6 g, swelling issues

sounds like your lobes were torn even though you may not be able to see the tears. any time you see blood, or oozing, there is open skin. this should never happen. definitely downsize, do your sea salt soaks and message with johoba or vit E oil. you do not want scar tissue to develop by maintaining ...

Re: Gone to 0

If there was a trace of blood, i would definitely downsize and do sea salt soaks with oil massages. sounds like your ears are telling you the tissue is too stressed from the 0g. it will be worth the wait in the long run.

Re: Ripped my ear

even though you may not feel the pressure, you are putting a lot of stress on your lobe tissue. If you want healthy lobes in the long run, it is best to downsize and let it heal for several weeks. it will decrease the liklihood that you will develop scar tissue or blowouts in the future.

Re: Blowout, or no?

i agree. you most likely don't have a blow out, but it may be a sign that you are streting too quickly. continue oil massages and sea salt soaks for at least a few weeks before considering another stretch.

Re: Question about taping.

I taped no flare plugs and used o-rings since stretching from a 6g to a 2g. never had a problem.
