Itchingg
I just stretched up from a 4g to a 2g a day or two ago. Pretty normal, a bit of soreness, whatever. It's also normal for me to itch like crazy whenever anything heals [cuts, scratches, bruises, you name it] and my ears are looking nice and healthy, with no weeping or swelling, so there's no ...

Re: Where do you keep your Stretchers?
I have a little set of plastic drawers where I keep hair bows, headbands, makeup, bobby pins, small jewelry, etc. and I just stuck them in an old plastic container from a set of pinchers and throw them in one of the drawers.

Re: Anyone with tattoos? I could use a few seconds of input.
Ahoy!
I had a really, really bad experience with a really bad tattooist. He really hammered the ink into my arm. That was about 18 months ago. That tattoo has been really itchy. I have a few other tatts which have been fine - no itchiness or anything.
Weird.
Don't think it's anything to worry ...

Oh, I forgot to include that bit of information. I got it a year ago, so it's all healed up nicely.
I also don't expose it to the sun frequently, if at all.
This probably happened last year, but I just assumed it was the healing process and that was it.

Anyone with tattoos? I could use a few seconds of input.
Alright, so I live in Florida and the weather is beginning to change- average 90 degree temperatures have dropped down to below 80. It's nice, but I've also noticed something really annoying.
My ink's been itching. A lot.
It's not bad enough to really make me crazy, but it's definitely obnoxious. I ...

Re: hiding ears from parentalsssss.
I've never had problems with it, but I didn't start really going up too many sizes until I was away at a university for a year. I came back with distinctly bigger earlobes and my mom cringed, lololol.

Re: Torn Lobes
You probably should NOT stretch again for a very long time. Your ears sound like a bit of a hot mess right now. I don't know a whole lot about keloids, but from what I do know, you may not be able to stretch to 1 in. again.

Re: second post for my poor ears :(
Ouch! :c Definitely see the doctor as Ollie suggested, and give your ears a bit more time to recover. An hour will let things settle down, but isn't enough time for tissue to really heal from any trauma.
Good luck!

Re: WHATS UR REASONING??
My best friend and I started stretching just because we thought the jewelry at Hot Topic was really cool [we were in middle school and just as stupid as you'd expect]. Crappiest start to stretching ever; we both jammed in straight 18g barbells in the mall bathroom. Mine healed up within the next ...
