If there's no pain or open wounds, you really don't need to do anything. After a few days you can start taking them out and cleaning them with soap and water so they won't smell, but you really shouldn't have any wounds that need healing. You should definitely wait a week or so before you start ...

Noob question, first stretch after care.
So four days ago I did my first stretch 14g and it seems to be healing perfectly (no pain, no crust lol)
I had to leave the surgical steal taper in as jewelery (I know...BAD) Because with my stretching kit the tunnels don't start until 10g.
