So stoked! Just going about my ear care routine, and I wanted to see if the next size plugs would fit my ears... and damn if they didn't just slip right on in there! I'm now the proud parent of a 4g ear :) Ah, surprises are the best!

So, after my ear recovered from its tiny tear and I was sure I was ready to start again, my stretching began once more. Great! That's what I thought. 8 weeks of waiting sounds a lot better than having a blowout for the rest of my life. I'm doing it the healthy way from now on!

So, right now, I think the infection is mostly gone, since I've been cleaning it with sea salt soaks twice a day, and I took the jewelry out to let it heal, so I can start over fresh when it does. Do you think January would be a good time to see if it's healed?

So, I woke up this morning to clean my ears, when I notice that my right ear, which I just stretched up a couple days ago, is still kind of puffy. Not normal. I took out the plug with some discomfort, and lo and behold, it's t's infected, with a little pus and blood. And if I look closer, I can see ...
