I too would be interested to hear other people's experiences on this, I'm at 2g at the moment (well, on my right ear which is slightly ahead of my left) and looking to use the taping method to get to 0g : )

1. I have a part-time job while I'm a student and the boutique where I work is absolutely fine with piercings etc. One of the girls who I work with has stretched ears, not sure of the exact size but I'd guess at about an inch?

Hiya,

Stretched to 2g the other day and my lobes are still quite tight and I don't feel like moving them around much. When doing SSSs at this early stage should I completely remove the jewellery and do it that way? Or will that just irritate them more?

What jewellery to wear when I've used a taper to stretch up?

So far I've been using rounded titanium plugs with rubber rings when letting my ears heal, like these ones:

I've heard single flared tunnels are good to wear when healing as well ...
