Thanks for the replies guys, helped to ease my mind a little bit. :)
Just to clarify, they're not bloody, I think they were just pretty red in the picture. I hadn't had them out for about a week before that pic was taken. Wore them out while I slept after a jojoba oil massage last night though and ...

Hey guys,
I've been stretching my ears for around 6 years. I used to have them at 1" but then after a while I decided to let them shrink down to about 16mm.
A little while ago I decided to start stretching back up to 1" again; however I'm starting to worry that my lobes might be getting too thin ...

Yeh, this can work as well. Probs best to clean and massage the lobe with jojoba oil before tucking the blowout back in though.

I know you said you want other suggestions but tbh the best thing you can do to treat blowouts is to downsize and keep massaging your lobes with jojoba oil. Downsizing is generally good for your ears anyway and they'll be much happier for it. =)
