Hey everyone. :D

1.) I've got a septum piercing that is currently at a 20g,
and is being held by a staple (20g). I've had it since
November 23, 2011. I would like to stretch it to a 14g.
Basically, what I am asking is, is it a bad stretch to go
up 0.8mm? I've heard the most to stretch for a septum ...
