Just got my right ear to 0g from 1g first stretch with a little after uncomfort. Not pain just uncomfortable. its literally been about 3 minutes sense I did it though, prolly gonna go away withing a half hour I hope. Left ear tomorrow morning if this one turns out fine!

I just dont understand, even if it does't hurt, that doesn't mean that there wasn't damage done to your lobes. Yeah sleeping on them is bad at first, but later on as you already probably know it can still hurt them, ive had flares go inside my ear, and plugs fall out, but micro tears can happen whenever theres pressure on em.

that sucks, I have a friend that had that happen when someone took his motorcycle helmet off of him and his lobe got stuck.

Not to be the guy that calls so many people out but i just would like to express my opinion.

Is it just me or are there a ton of younger and younger people stretching their ears, and completely screwing them up? I just see so many people who just all of a sudden are at 0G or bigger out of no where ...

I sugest taking it in 5 or 6 stretches or tape, anything bigger than 1 1mm stretch isn't exactly good for you, but do what fells right.

Vitamin E is the best for me but it doesn't necessarily make your ears healthier it just promotes scar tissue breakdown.
