I haven't talked specifics yet, but I called the piercing parlor and they said they might do scalpelling, so I'm going to go in to discuss it soon, I'll let you guys know how it goes, and thanks for all your input!

Yeah you guys are right and if I continue stretching I'm going to slow it down considerably. I sized down to 00 and have been taking them out at night, hopefully they thicken a bit. Still, I am confused as to what I should do about the placement, I'm afraid if I scalpel it'll still get thinner.

Yeah, but I don't think that's why I'm thinning, my other ear looks quite healthy to me:

I don't think so because my right ear (the one that is centered properly) isn't thinning out at all.
