Its a 2mm stretch try finding a set of 1g plugs to help with that stretch idk what websites sale them but others on here do. And ur welcome babe lol

Go back up to 6g and wait. Acouple.of.months before stretching again. When u downsize from a messed up stretch u can downsize 2 sizes
