Re: Stretching Methods
you should massage your ears twice a day with jojoba, emu or vitamin e oil. the best methods in my opinion would be natural stretching or slowly taping. natural stretching is were u just wait till the next size will go in with no pain or resistance. heavier plugs like stone will help with natural ...

Re: Wanting a second opinion on this..
i understand your taping slowly but your ears need to have time to rest between small stretches to rebuild collagen. 2mm is too much of a stretch any way you do it, it can cause a lack of bloodflow because of the pressure and also cause thinning. i made the same mistakes before i became better ...

Re: 6g to 4g mishap
if your ear bled you tore it. it may not be a major tear but you will prob have some scar tissue build up which can make stretching harder. i would do 2-3 oil massages a day once its heeled to help with the scar tissue. i would wait 4 months before trying again. it wont cause a blowout and catbutt ...

Re: Wanting a second opinion on this..

Re: 0g....almost
good luck and take your time. if it doesnt get any better i would consider taking it out and waiting longer

Re: 0g Yay
i was pretty happy with 9/16 when i was there but there were a few styles i liked that werent available in that size so i decided to go to 5/8. im really happy i did and i dont plan on going any larger.

Re: Double flared plugs
just more time and try wearing some heavier single flare plugs like stone, the extra weight will help loosen up your lobes. just be sure not to force them in
