Unrefined shea butter is really nice for stretched lobes.
Shea butter can help break down scar tissue(better than Vit E oil IMO) and convert it back into stretchy, elastic skin cells instead of brittle scar tissue. It's also excellent for reducing blowouts since they are essentially scar tissue ...

I would say that 0g, 00g, 1/2 inch, 5/8ths, 3/4ths, and an inch are the most popular sizes.
For a single size being the most popular, I wouldn't know what to say.

I wouldn't try it with wood plugs. I would get some single flare glass or stainless steel tunnels.
Try putting them in after a long hot shower and use lots of oil for lube.

I got my left conch and right tragus pierced on my 18th birtday last week.
I've beeing doing sea salt soaks every day.
What else should I be doing for aftercare?
They're not sore unless I bump/touch them them which is a plus. :D
