Re: Is this a Blow Out?!
On a well healed piercing any vitamin E safe for skin is suitable. If there's any hint of irritation or you just want to be careful, vitamin E capsules would be food grade purity, you can break em open for the oil.

Re: wrinkly, closing ears
Sounds like scar tissue buildup. It wouldn't hurt to downsize to 7mm, or 6mm if you were willing, for several months before stretching again. Keep up the massages, but massages and downsizing has a better chance of reducing scar tissue before it becomes permanent than massages alone.

Doesn't sound like anything is wrong other than just needing more time. Massage your piercings daily if you're not doing so already, and you may want to get some slightly heavier jewelry, but ultimately the only thing you need more of is time.

Re: Healing problem
Yeah, I was just saying that because a lot of people on here have come up with a lot of crazy spellings when trying to type my username. It's good to know some people actually realize what it means, haha.

Re: Stretching with a no piercings allowed job?
I've never tried to tape silicone jewelry, but that might be an option, although probably tricky. Since teflon is fine for fresh stretches, you would just wait a full month at your new size before putting your silicone plugs in. Changing out the teflon tape regularly might be a real hassle, because ...

Re: 0g problem.
Get real jewelry if you're wearing a taper, since that's only meant for insertion. A taper is a tool, not meant to be worn long term. If it's acrylic, that's probably why it's itchy, and even metal tapers tend to be low quality unless you spent a good deal of money on them. Even in healed piercings ...

Re: Need some advice.
Because it was sore, I'd give the 'good' ear at least four months or more for 4mm. The 'bad' ear will need longer. When a piercing is injured, the most cautious way to go is to treat it like a brand new piercing. So when you see blood, if you want to be certain it's healed and strong enough to ...

Re: Hey!
The only advice I would really give to someone without a goal would be extreme patience. Periodic downsizing will help plump up your lobes, and if you have no real goal then dropping back a few sizes once or twice a year and restretching back up at the regular pace should be no big deal. This will ...
