I fully realize that I've been super foolish about stretching so far. I plan to start waiting at very least 3-4 weeks between all stretches. Oh my gosh you guys are so so so infinitely helpful. I just purchased my new steel gauges and tapers and plan on waiting at least 3-4 weeks beentween all stretches from now on. I respect all of your opinions and varying experiences and the advice is crazy helpful. Ive been cleaning my ears at least ...

Thanks for the input everyone- I'm a total noob to stretching. I realize I've been foolish stretching so fast and should have done my homework. I'm goin to definitely start leaving at least a few weeks between stretches (especially bigger stretches). I'm also going to start cleaning them more ...
