Glad you found the site ;)
I'm also glad you've now got good advice to go on, since you've rubbed elbows with a couple dummies before this. (not trying to be mean but...)
Anyways, I know I'm glad for all the good advice I've gotten on here too, so this site is a win/win for everybody. :)

Question about re-stretching gauges
Alright all you lovely gauge guru's, time for another question to answer. :D
I used to have a 8g.(ignore my sig, i never change it...)
Well due to family differences i.e. my mom's a conservative snuff-pot who needs to loosen up, I had to take my gauges out.
To give you a rough estimate, I've had ...

Re: Early stretching
Come on guys, quit arguing. You know, you aren't helping Joni out at all by acting this way.
Joni, I'm shocked... but happy/amazed you don't have a blowout. i think a blowout would really really blow at that size. aha...pun.. 'blow' -- 'blowout'.
Anyways, are you going any larger or are you ...

Re: Acrylic Tapers and plugs
Hi NightAngel,
you know, I would check the mall for plugs.
(hear me out everyone before you cut me down...)
I found a pair of metal plugs at Spensers in my mall for only $10, and I bet that piercing pagoda place might have something if you don't have the money to buy an expensive pair online.

Quick question < clumsy me >
Hi ... again.
So I took my gauges out to shower today and clean my ears, yadda yadda.
I'm at 14g so you all know how tiny they are. Well my big clumsy hand knocked one of my plugs into the vent on the floor.
There's no way I'm getting that back, so my question is this:
Is it alright to have no ...

round 2 of "instruct the noob"
Hello everyone!
I have a quick question for all you smart and knowledgeable people on the forum. :)
Is it true you can wear your tapers as "plugs" instead of buying an actual pair of plugs?
This guy who works at the "hippie" store in my mall said so.
Not that I believe him, he even gave me the ...

Re: Recently stretched to 14g, and I have a few questions.
Thank you all very much :D
@corazon_de_oro: I think I understand what you mean by lymph, I found a lymph 'mass' around my plug last night as I was cleaning.
@inkkitten: Yes, I am using sea salt soaks. I think they're great haha.
Also I realized what a dummy I am, I think I made my ear sore ...

Recently stretched to 14g, and I have a few questions.
Hello Everyone :)
alright, so I am new to ear stretching, I am only at 14g. I have been at 16g for over a month and I have had my new plugs in for about a day.
Now I have always followed precautions and taken it slow, never any bleeding or anything like that. However when I went to clean my ears ...
