Is a keloid the same as a blow out?

OK so I am new to the ear stretching game and I went ahead and had a 6mm (2g) instant flesh tunnel put in from a nice fresh unpierced lobe.
It's been absolutely fine with no pain what so ever and no pussing or bleeding, only the usual signs of a fresh piercing.
