Well, this my first attempt at taping but I didn't lubricate. My ears were fine before aswell
Before I got to an 8, I waited 2 weeks between stretches. But it's been 5 weeks since my last.
What kind of lubricant should I use (suggest some brands, etc.)? Is Vaseline okay? I've been using teflon ...

Back of my ear is worrying me!
So I'm starting to tape (I'm only at an 8g) and the back of my ear is starting to form a small lip. It's really only noticeable after I take out my plugs. Am I screwing over my ears?
