So I've had my ears stretched for atleast 4+ years now & every now & then I get this little lip that likes to pop out behind my plug, I guess you could call it a blow out but they have never caused me any pain, & if I take my plugs out for the night & put them back in they're usually gone!! But now ...

When my ears get crazy infected which happens from time to time I use antiseptic bepanthen!!! (I'm in Australia) I don't know if it's available everywhere but its incredible!!! Stays lubricated for hours & kills germs, it's seriously the best!! I hope this helps!!
