At smaller sizes, up to 0g -00g tapers can be used but make sure to take your time between stretches. Getting bigger after that can be done by dead stretching or taping method. Make sure do some research about how to stretch safely. You don't want any blowouts broken earlobes.

I currently don't have pierced ears and i'm not sure about which method for piercing them would be best. My earlobes are decently big, not huge but a fair amount of skin to work with.
