your ears naturally release discharge to help the healing process.. acrylic usually causes build up of this and can cause a lot of irritation and actual reverse the healing process.. i stretched with spiral wood plugs to avoid this.. try something more porous..

even giving the "right" advice can turn out wrong. some peoples lobes dont take to stretching as well at others so you can also get blowouts from stretching one size at a time..

am i not allowed to give my side?? if so please let me know about these new internet laws...

if it makes any sense, i guess i did the wrong thing the right way..

id hate to repeat myself but i already said i must be lucky as hell.. people come to this forum to get different oppinions, and you know-it-alls dismiss everything i post.

Point is if it is so wrong to jump those sizes then why make this taper?

why avoid clay?

if my experience was bad, id say it was bad. i said i turned out fine and i did. theres no reason for me to lie. and i never said everyone would have the same result as me. and yes my ears are healthy.. i think i know a thing or two from the 8 years ive been stretching.. i wasnt offering my 2 cents ...

I got a slight variation of a monroe piercing 15 days ago.. i got it pierced with a stud even though the end result is supposed to have a loop.. im anxious to change the jewelry already...

ive avoided silicon all together since that incident... i only do glass, steal, or clay. stone if i could afford it.
