Double Flare Assistance
so i know most people have problems with double flares and so far nothing has worked for me. I was able to get one pair of 2Gs in and now I am at 0G and can't get any in. Any advice would be welcomed

safe to stretch?
i've been at 2G for about two months now and i went to put in a new set of double flares and my right ear started to bleed. i can only assumes this means a cut so how long should i wait to stretch to 0G? i'm not in a rush just curious- much appreciated!

it looks exactly the same as my right ear. i did a few salt soaks and it's not swollen and there is no skin on the back.

I think it depends on the size, the smallest time period i waited between actual stretches was 5 days between 12 and 10 so if it's a smaller size it's probably fine

thanks for the input i'll try the skin tone plugs and if that doesn't work just keep them out as little as possible

Will My Holes Close?
Hi guys I'm at a 2G and I run track which requires that no jewelry be present and I was wondering if my holes will significantly close over the course of a track meet (normally about 6 hours) since I've never had my gauges out for an extended period of time. Thanks!
