I use unrefined organic Shea butter. I'm sensitive to a lot of things and this is the only one that I can use without getting sore lobes etc.
Nice and cheap but good for stretching you could also try Organic Coconut oil I've that is also very good too.

I'm no expert so this is just my opinion......try swapping your plugs to Glass and see if that helps. Maybe your lobe is not happy with the material you have in it. I can only wear glass due to over sensitivity of othe materials. Are your O rings on quite close to your skin? Try going without ...

I have used Vit E oil and holey butt'r and found both slightly irrateted my lobes...not sure why? I am now using organic unrefined Shea butter and I must say it's really nice to use, and does not hurt my lobes. Best of all it's super cheap and lasts for up to a year sweet...
