The main reason I'm tempted to use these is because it's so hard to find "low-impact" stretching (in-between gauges or by mms), my ears have had problems stretching and I'm only at a 4 (maybe I also did it too fast for my body....)
And the rep said the gap between the 2 sizes is a fraction of a ...

Hello!
So I found out about SnapPlugs through reading an ad in The Point (APP's Journal)
But I haven't been able to find any pictures of people wearing them, or anything but 5 (mostly positive) reviews on their website.
Has anyone used them?

Re: Oil
Thanks guys, I got some jojoba oil from the vitamin shoppe and even though it's kind of expensive I only need a few drops to moisturize all 9 of my piercings (7 in my face and 2 in my nose). I think it's been working well and I also use it every once in a while to moisturize my bone and horn jewelry ...

Re: the "crusties" :P
I recommend using oil that has only pure jojoba or vitamin e, something with added ingredients might not be as good for your piercing.
Also when I'm in the shower I soap my ears with non-scented antibacterial soap, that definitely helps keep the crusties and smell away. After a fresh stretch I just ...

Re: ? about my ears
If I were you I wouldn't keep at 3/4 if your ears had rips, especially if you're going to stretch further. You should downsize and wait a few months before retrying. If you're going to keep stretching without downsizing your lobes are going to get really thin.
Good luck!

Re: leaving your jewelery out?
It might be too late for a reply, but it really depends on your ear. I would bring the plugs just in case. But if you could, you should get skin colored silicone plugs.

Re: septum pierced
If you need to hide it you should get it pierced with a retainer (shouldn't change jewelry for 6-8 weeks)

Re: septum stretch "cheese"?
To keep the smell down, after it's healed you should wash it as often as possible with unscented antibacterial soap. I wash my ears every day or every other day and it keeps the smell down. The only time I really get it is when I don't wash it for a few days.
Hope that helped :]

Hey guys, so I'm looking to buy Jojoba oil for my ears as well as my organic jewelry and I was wondering where/what kind to buy.
What do you guys recommend?
