First off you shouldnt be dead streching thats a no brainer but your keeping it small so it wont give you any troubles in terms of possibilities for size. cause if you dead strech you get scar tissue and that gets in the way when streching in bigger sizes and you could rip your ear if you strech too ...

Nah theres no problem you should be happy tho your ear streched in your sleep . if the tunnels you bought are bigger you should be able to slide thoses in no problem make shure you clean your ear and the jewlery really good tho before you put it in.... and every day
