Today I thought would be a good day to try and go up to 6g (from 8g of course) but I couldnt get the taper more than half way in so I gave up and am wondering when would be a good time to try again.
I've allready waited a good 6 weeks since getting to an 8, I tried doing a seasalt soak with hot ...

Re: so tired of ....
I wouldnt say I am a master of all the things Ive learned here, but I try my hardest to follow most of the stretching guidlines despite my impatience. I do follow necesary cleaning steps almost perfectly though. While I'm sure I havent done everything perfect, my ears are still looking a lot better ...

Ear stretching and the ocean??
I am likely going on vacation sometime around august 19th (yay me!) and was just wondering about the safety of my earlobes in regards to the ocean and swimming pool. Would it be a good idea to avoid stretching my ears anymore before this trip (to make sure they are healed and nothing nasty gets in ...

O-ring Irritating my lobes
I've been wearing steel single flare tunnels for a bit now and I've just now noticed the area where the o-rings on the back go my ear is a bit irritated. The tunnels have notches at the very end for the o-rings to go into that I try to wear them at so they arent against my ear. Any other suggestions ...

Re: I dont think theres an infection but there is some blood
its just a standard steel rod with a ball on one end and a flat circle on the other and I sleep on my right side so I'm not sure how it would get bumped. I have some single flare 14g tunnels I could try but I've read on here I need to wait 2 months to switch jewelry which is still 2 weeks away ...

I dont think theres an infection but there is some blood
So this morning I woke up and was doing my daily cleaning routine when I noticed the back of my left ear had some dried blood on it. I havent stretched yet and still have the same 14g rods in my ears from when they were pierced. The lobe doesnt look red or swolen, or hurt. So is it possible I may ...

Re: Lobes getting getting dry and a bit flaky
I've been using probably an ounce and eyeballing the amount for that, so I'm guessing probably too much salt, but I just hold the container over my lobes.
And what you are saying is I should start using some Vitamin E oil on my lobes but just with a Qtip like cleaning them?

Lobes getting getting dry and a bit flaky
My lobes are starting to get a bit dry and flaky so I did a quick search through the forums here and found a lot of people recommend using vitamin E oil and changing your sea salt routine. My ears were just pierced recently so I am wondering how long until they will be healed enough that I can start ...

Re: How you hide your stretched ears?
So far my somewhat long hair has worked perfectly well, I think my girlfriend and mom are the only ones who know so far. I think if no one else notices I'm just going to wait till they are decent sized before showing them.
