After a few layers of tape, the 7/16's popped right in...no pain, no redness, no problems. Of course everyone will have a different experience...just know your lobes.

Glad I found this thread, because I want to go up to 7/16 and don't wanna use tapers. I've been at 00g since August of this year. No problems, blow outs or any of that stuff. My question is, with the taping method how many days/cycles of plug wrapping is actually necessary? Do I have to leave my new ...

Now that I've just stretched to a 00g about a week ago, I leave my plugs in and use dial soap in the shower. I will start massages next week. But before that stretch, when my 0g's were good and healed, I would Dial soap em up in the shower and do Holey Butt'r massages afterwards without plugs.

Yes, 2g to 0g is a huge jump. Although I was at a 2g for a little over a month, it was still tough. I was stubborn to the downsizing alternative, but luckily I made it through the healing process with no blow outs and serious scar tissue. It took a lot of patience and pampering. LOL!!! I think this is actually reverse perfect advice. Just do the opposite and you will have nice, healthy lobes.
