I work with animals and their mess as well. Yes the best thing to do is not touch your ears while at work because I find it so easy to forget and scratch at or touch my ears for some random reason. Also, just make sure u give your ears a good washing after each work day...nothing major if they are ...

The odds of you being able to get enough of the taper in far enough for it to stay in without falling out are pretty slim. Not to mention that you will most like get a nasty blowout or rip your ear and have to start over again anyway. Skipping sizes is never a good idea just because your ears can ...

So I'm no expert on this or anything, but it sounds like you're going to need to baby your ears a bit and start from scratch (because blood is not a good sign). The best thing to do would be to take out whatever gauge you have in now and put in the jewelry you originally had before you tried to ...

Yea you should definitely wait until your piercing is FULLY healed and gradually start streching. It's hard to wait but you'll do alot of damage to your ears if you don't wait for the full healing process. Just stick it out and go slow!!
