I'm kinda thinking of just sticking to 9/16" as a goal size. All the major glass companies and stuff make 9/16" so I don't think it would be hard for me to find stuff I want. 5/8" seems kinda huge but I guess I'll see how I feel about 9/16" when I get there. This thread got so ridiculous... To the OP, your lobes look really unhealthy, your tape is not some magical thing that allows your ears to stretch 50 times faster than normal people. If you want them to look better, downsize and do daily oil massages with emu oil or vitamin E oil. If you don't care ...

I always forget that 9/16" to 5/8" is a 2mm stretch. I'll probably pre-order some glass plugs in 15mm since my ears aren't super stretchy. I wonder if I'll still be able to wear my 1/2" Omerica plugs if I'm at 5/8"... they were limited and they don't make them anymore so I can't replace them.

Those snakes are badass! The concave plugs are too.
I think I do want to go up to 5/8". Plugs just look so much better at that size. And spirals already seem a little too big at 1/2" so I'm not really missing out... The only problem is I won't have the money to get a collection going for a while so ...

Be careful stretching with CBRs, they can be too heavy and the shape can lead to blowouts. But since it had been so long since your previous stretch I'm sure you'll be fine, just don't mess with them or move them around. Thanks for the update, glad the stretch went well!

BAF sale is so soon! I actually went ahead and spent a little of my order credit. I got 2 autoclaved labrets, I'm going to try to self-pierce my second lobes (with my sister's help). Everything's going to be sterile so I'm not doing anything ...

As long as your lobes were ready to stretch I think it will be fine, just don't try to take them out for a few days.
