Bleeding

I stretched from 8mm to 9mm I waited about 5 weeks , went in fine no bleeding , took them out to clean , put hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol on lobes and one started bleeding pretty bad , should I just clean with soap and water ? How do I get it to heal?
