please read and help me:)
im sarah. and i am currently a 4g in both ear lobes. i just streched my ears about 2 weeks ago from a 16g to a 4g. and they are really healed already. the holes are not torn. they look very good actually. i used plastic tapers. and still have them in. when should i put the gauges in? and is peroxide ok to clean them with? because thats all i have used. i didnt use lube with them either. i should have researched alot more before i did them but it was spur of the moment. what should be my daily rutine to help my ears heal and be strong enough to strech again? how long should i wait? i have heard any where from 2-6 months before streching again. im just anxious to be fully done. im looking at going to a 0. please help me with any advice:)

im going to try and not be rude but
you did everything wrong. you aren't supposed to skip sizes, especially not 5 sizes. you also arent supposed to keep tapers in but put in single or no flared plugs immediately. you also shouldnt clean with peroxide. it's very bad for your ears because it is too harsh on sensitive skin and will dry out your ears and leave them more prone to irritation/infection.
i recommend you take out the tapers and start over, or at least downsize drastically, to a 10 or even 12g. use sea salt soaks (1/4 teaspoon per one cup water) on your ears twice a day for five minutes with non-iodized sea salt, and massage your lobes throughout the day to loosen the skin up and breakdown some of the scar tissue
after your ears are healed (which doesnt mean when they dont hurt anymore, but rather when they heal from the trauma of suddenly going from 1.2mm to 5mm) in a month or so you should be able to slowly stretch back up.
stretching is not a race. if you want healthy ears that stick around then patience is the key. i also recommend you do more research so you know fully what you are doing to your body. this is a permanent body mod, no matter what others may tell you (the "point of no return is fictitious, because everyone's ears are different)
here is a great guide from our own forums:

again, sorry if this sounds rude. there are some great people on here who definitely know what theyre talking about and can help you if you have any questions.

^ Couldn't have said it better myself.
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

Re: please read and help me:)
Holy crap, how on earth did you manage to get a taper that much bigger in your piercings without ripping them open!? I could barely stand getting 2gs in my 4g holes, and they weren't even ready for another stretch.
Ka-chow.

to be honest i have no idea how i did it. like it hurt but once they were in i was fine. no ripping happened and theyre healed and look amazing. i know i did them wrong but i love them. and dont regret it what so ever. :) but i am going to wait awhile to start streching them again. :)

if there was blood you ripped them ... ripping doesnt mean just tearing your lobe in half ripping means causing any tears micro tears or open wounds at all if you saw blood there was a rip some where .. good luck in the future and if you wont downsize please at least take the future stretches slower and I seen you have a goal of 0 ga please go thu all the gauges between 4 and 0 do NOT jump again to 0 ga
