Hmm, throwing in the towel teporarily.

I've downsized from a 4g to a 12g for near 2 months now because i was terrible to my ears, the first 2 weeks were the most notable healing time periods. Since then they havent changed much. They maintain a circular form but there is still a bita scare tissue on the inside:( Will this ever go away if i continue to Vitamin E and massage? i think ill let them close and try again in a few months or a year. im just disappointed in myself. bummer.

The likelihood your ears will close up completely, if you stretched really fast, is pretty low. Especially if you have a bunch of scarring built up. That said, yes, if you massage your lobes daily and use vitamin E or jojoba oil, you can break down some of the scarring and improve the health of your ears.

Downsizing was probably the best thing you could have done for your lobes. It gives them the freedom to thicken as you get increased blood flow. The massages will encourage further blood flow to your lobes which will help them heal past damage.

Because you only went to a 4g, I suspect (though I can't know for sure) that the damage done will be reparable. Just treat your lobes like family. Let them live happily and be there for them when they need you. : )

Honestly i just didnt do my research until i noticed that they were looking a little funky. i thought i was doing everything correct. Like if it didnt bleed or explode then a little pain wasnt bad but its bad for the ears... terrible actually. happens.
