also what happens between 0 and 00 gauge thats a 2mm jump also right? if i cant make a 2mm jump from 2 to 0 gauge then how would i do it from 0 to 00 should i just tape up to 00? thanks logan

Re: 1 gauge plugs?

You could just tape from 2g :)
PTFE/teflon tape is great, just make sure its well lubed and its all good once you get the hang of it. Bondage tape is thicker and seems a teeny bit more secure, but it can be a pain to find/much more expensive/you have to cut down the width.

Waiting at least a month between mm sizes is usually a good benchmark, so you leave longer for the bigger jumps. But everyone is different etc etc. They might never loosen up that much on their own.

Glasswearstudios sell all the inbetween sizes, including 9g and such. I really like them for stretching :)
Different companies have different interpretations of the gauge sizes. So like for GWS 0g=8mm, 00g=9mm or 9.5mm, 000g=10mm. But a lot of company's 00g can be 10mm.

Re: 1 gauge plugs?

I got my 1G plugs from Glasswear Studios. Crazy-factory.com has a wide variety too, and most are cheaper. I've never liked taping so it was just easier for me to do a separate 1G stretch. Stay at that size as long as you would with any other; until putting in 0G is painless without a lot of resistance.
