Healing between tape stretches??

So I understand that if your stretching with tapers you should wait between 1 month-1.5 months or longer depending on your ears. But my question is how long do I wait between stretching with tape?
Lobes: 2g
Tattoos:
2 half sleeves and then some

Retired:
Industrial
Lip piercing
Eyebrow piercing

The wait time is the same. I recommend 6-8 weeks. So, once you get to the next size, rest your ears as you normally would.
