E oil.. Does it work?

E oil.. Does it work?
I've been massaging my lobes with e oil in an attempt to thicken them. I haven't seen any results yet. I do it twice a day. How long until I start to see it work?
Current mods: 1 1/8ths inch lobes , 14g (right) labret

Vitamin E oil is more to break down scar tissue; emu oil is usually the one used by people who want to thicken their lobes. How long have you been massaging them? Have you been keeping your lobes naked? That's good for thickening too.
Don't expect to see super dramatic results from oil massages... it can HELP lobes get thicker but it won't turn a super thin lobe into a thick, healthy one.

I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

I've been doing it for about a month. And last time I took my jewelry while I was sleeping and went down a size

Oh, wow, I'm surprised your lobes shrank at that size! Just try leaving them out as long as possible during the day. It definitely helps the overall health of your lobes.
