Working on my stretching! Currently my goal is only 4g. Trying to do things right so I am probably going to have to downsize for a little longer. After my first stretch seemed healed I used Vitamin E oil massages. Today I went from 14g to 10g :X I used acrylic spiral tapers after my shower. (I know, this probably makes me sound foolish which is why I need feedback) anyway, it was painless..didn't force the entry, redness went away. The tenderness hasn't left. So now I find myself questioning the spirals and how I skipped a size. I plan on sleeping with them in tonight and make a decision in the morning whether I should go back to my 14g...

Honestly its called luck, if you went from a 14 to a 10 just fine congratulations! Long term you might have soem side effects like cat butt and thinning lobes, witch is why i wouldn't recommend skipping sizes. Give it overnight, it the irritation doesn't go away go down to a 12 or 14. Good luck.
Only other advise would be to read up on stretching here.

Almost three weeks later and both lobes are looking great! I definitely won't skip from here on out...I'm going to wait at least another month before stretching to an 8.
