After stretching to a 2g, i realized that one of my ear hole's are actually lower then the other one.
The left side, the whole is directly in the middle. The one on the right is a bit off centre. Will there be problems? Or am i fine stretching? As my goal is 00

Depends on how far off it is, would really need a picture to tell you, im guessing not though, 00 isnt extremely big, so it would take a lot to be off by enough to effect it. You may encounter a thin spot eventually, but that can be fixed hopefully by downsizing it it does happen.
