Downsizing method? HELPPPPP

My right ear was at 10mm and left ear at 12mm, i'm downsizing my ear for a job.
My left ear is currently at 6mm, and my right ear is at 8mm.
How do i downsize to 6mm for my right ear?
I want both of them to be equal.
Small sized plugs are allowed in my work area.
So 6mm should be fine.
How do i make sure my right ear goes to 6mm and not smaller then that?

You can't really control the size your ears will shrink to, or even if they will shrink at all. Why not just wear some 6mm plugs in both of them? Or do you mean your right ear won't shrink below 8mm?

What i meant was i'm trying to get my left(now at 8mm) down to 6mm

just go plugless until it fits snug and if its too loose just leave it out longer. doing oil massages will help increase the bloodflow but there is always the possibility it wont shrink down any further. when you stretch your lobes you should always consider it as permanent
