soreness of the ear

so i have been taping up to 00 gauge for the second time. as i am trying to get back to 00 after downsizing for thickness. i noticed today that where my ear attatches to my head/neck? that it feels almost chapped. like a chapped lip. if i even just barely touch my ear lobe it hurts like if you yawn with chapped lips. i do not have attatched lobes and have never had this happen before. i have been wearing tunnels and the temperature here has droped into the 30F from 50F since yesterday. any help here? thanks

Sounds like you just have dry skin. Just put some oil or lotion on it.
